CLEARWATER, Fla. – For the second consecutive year Dimmitt Chevrolet was named one of Tampa Bay’s top 100 places to work by the Tampa Bay Times. 

This year Dimmitt Chevrolet earned fifth place among area small businesses according to the Tampa Bay Times. 

Dimmitt Chevrolet and the other 99 honorees were selected by a survey of over 30,000 employees in the Tampa Bay area. The 92-year-old dealership has been a staple in the Tampa Bay community for nearly a century and employs 120 people.

The All-New 2014 Silverado

The redesigned 2014 Chevrolet Silverado was named the 2014 North American Truck of the Year. The Silverado was selected out of three finalists including the Jeep Cherokee and Acura MDX. What earned the Silverado’s top spot is its weight reduction and fuel efficient engine. Chevrolet engineers were able to reduce the overall weight without minimizing the truck’s size.
